We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in Sorrento. Only a block from the main square and a short walk from the marina, you could not ask for a better location. Being on the top floor, you get an amazing view of the Bay of Naples from the two balconies. The decor is beautiful and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the fridge and oven came in handy. Cristina was a very friendly and gracious host, helping us with our baggage and orienting us to transportation options in the area. It was convenient to have the option of a delicious continental breakfast provided each morning. We hope to return! Matthew, United States of America

Beautiful suite and view, awesome people.

We stayed at Al Centro for more that a week during spring break and totally enjoyed our visit. This is a family run B&B and they take a lot of passion in making your stay confortable and enjoyable. It is pretty new and completely renovated. We had the Ortensia room and everything was perfect and super super clean. Nice 2 story room with small kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Never happend for us with all the great restaurants around, who want's to cook. The view from the balcony is great although while we were there, constuction scafolding was obstucting the view, Not their fault and only temporary. The room is exactly as in the pictures on the web site, no surprizes! Also, excellent Wi-Fi with very good internet access. There are only 3 rooms in this B&B so it is relatively quiet. Best room and most expensive is the Lavanda room. From my perspective, second best would be the Mughetto room even if it is the smallest room. The Ortensia room was very nice but suffered from a lack of soundproofing on the adjacent wall to the Lavada room. Soundproofing to external noises was great and you could hardly hear the outside traffic noise with the window closed. Not the case when you were upstairs in bed were every noise in the Lavanda room bathroom was clearly audible. Did not disturb my wife but was awakened several time by toilet flushes and other sounds and I found it anoying and a clear oversight for a place so recently renovated. Finally, there is no lift in the building and Al Centro is on the 4th floor with 72 steps to climb. Great exercise so we did not mind but this could be a game changer for people that have reduced mobility. Overall a good choice in Sorrento. I would definitely stay again and would have rated 5/5 if it had not been for the soundproofing issue. If you stay, I recomend the Mughetto room even though the balcony is very small, it is most likely the quietest.

Dopo giornate molto intense a Napoli siamo approdati a Sorrento, senza prenotazione, senza idee chiare. Per caso (?) abbiamo suonato il campanello del B&B AL CENTRO ( seguendo l'istinto) e così è iniziata una vacanza molto gradevole. Volevamo vedere il luogo dove è nato Torquato Tasso. Ibsen qui ha scritto la sua opera "the Spirits", Keats, Shelly, Dickens, Goethe hanno soggiornato qui... Cosa può dunque aggiungere uno scrittore di oggi a tutto quanto già espresso egregiamente sulla bellezza del posto? Tanto e tutto perché ognuno di noi, il mondo lo vede con i suoi occhi e così lo reinventa ( e lo descrive diversamente. GRAZIE per quest'oasi di stile.

Wir hatten das 2stöckige Lavendelzimmer gebucht; unten mit Wohnbereich, Küche und Terrasse, oben das Schlafzimmer mit Balkon - beide mit Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, toller Frühstücksservice auf's Zimmer - gerne wieder!

We went for a quick short break, 5 days, the accommodation was very clean and modern. Went to Pompeii by train and Island of Capri by boat all very easy, very helpful staff at accommodation, which is a small private top floor accommodation with three separate units all with sea views and balconies.

This property had everything we needed. The terrace view far exceeded our expectations and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It is right in the center of the town and walking distance to everything. Strongly recommend!”
