Room was great and the view was unbelievable!

Prior to our arrival by ferry Adriana contacted us and provided easy to follow instructions to get to the apartment. Once we arrived she was friendly, helpful and gave us early access to the accommodation. The room was lovely and comfortable and our balcony gave us amazing views across the ocean. The accommodation was within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the lovely pedestrian area.

Beautiful room and view! Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Also centrally located within easy walking distance of the train station. Would definitely recommend to others!

Great location and wonderful view from our balcony. It's quite small and stairs to bedroom loft are a little difficult to manage.

First time visit to Sorrento and would highly recommend this property for its location, the duplex was superb, very clean and breakfast was served at time requested to our room on a trolly. Was contacted daily via what’s app to make sure everything was ok. Today we left at 0600hrs and our tray was put in room yesterday with items in the fridge for this morning, and we are only use Oat milk which the hosts purchased too for us. So obliging, thank you.

we have a good balcony view. Chiara was very thorough with the briefing. Room has simple kitchen facilities which was great as we could cook our own breakfast as many shops were closed during winter. Weather is great and we can get around Almafi via SITA bus. Sorrento is a good base to travel along almafi.

Wow! What a great place to stay in Sorrento! I cannot imagine staying anywhere better. There are many GREAT aspects to this hotel, but the best are the service, comfort, and accessible location! GO THERE AND FIND OUT THE WONDERS OF ITALIA!

The location is great, off the Piazza St. Antonino and an easy 7 minute walk from the train. Room was spacious and clean. Communication with the staff was fantastic throughout--regular messaging via WhatsApp to provide helpful directions, offer assistance, etc. Nice little balcony with view of Mt. Vesuvius across the bay. A new elevator made it easy to get to the 3rd floor where the reception and rooms are located

Central location, near town sqaure, less than 10 min to train station and port.Chiara was a huge help and recommended and made dinner reservations for us as well as booking a tour of the Almalfie coast. Highly recommend Al Centro Suites.

Al Centro was an amazing stay! Very hospitable employees and a great location. I wish we had stayed here longer because it was so lovely! Excellent view as well and lots of small touches that made our stay so enjoyable :)

Tout était parfait, que ce soit au niveau accueil, services. Un accueil digne d un 5 étoiles. Service bagagerie le temps de la visite de Capri avant de prendre le train pour Naples. Literie très bonne. Calme malgré un placement en centre ville. Petit déjeuner au top. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. On reviendra. Merci

The apartment we reserved had a nice kitchenette, a large bedroom, a spacious bathroom and two terraces with captivating views of Sorrento, the coast, the bay of Naples and of course, Mount Vesuvius. We woke up for the sunrises and made sure we were in the apartment for the sunsets. We booked five nights here but could have stay another five nights with the above features. Al Centro is just off the main square, close to many restaurants and small shops. It is within walking distance of the Circumvesuviana train station that can take you to Pompeii, Ercolano and Napoli. The manager of the property brought us a continental breakfast on two mornings -- what a pleasant surprise!

A very central location, you can easily walk anywhere. Extremely lovely hosts, many thanks to Chiara and Adriana for making us feel at home. We had a smaller room but still with an excellent sea and mountain view. The hosts also bring the breakfast cart into your room so you can eat there and enjoy your view! Many thanks and we will be back again for sure!

We were looked after from the time we booked until (sadly) it was time to leave. The reception was brilliant. We outlined our basic plans and the receptionist (forgive me, we have forgotten names) enthusiastically presented many tour and sightseeing options - guided and self guided. She also booked whatever we needed. The apartment was clean and modern. I loved the balcony, especially in the afternoon when the sun had passed over - very hot in the morning! Al Centro -the name says a lot - was very central to restaurants, sights, the port, a small supermarket (for pre dinner aperitifs) and train station. We enjoyed our stay there very much and every evening looked forward to returning. We have no hesitation in recommending Al Centro

We booked here as a base to celebrate our special wedding anniversary, and to explore all the local sights. B&B was our plan, so we didn't need to rush back from days out, for a scheduled evening meal. Trip adviser reviews were all positive, so it was a no brainier for us. The central location was just perfect, and with only a 7 minute walk from and to the bus/train station, made it very easy to get around. There are 3 suites available, and we stayed in the Mughetto Suite. all are on the 3rd floor. Our Suite is on 2 floors, and had plenty of room. The balcony, although small, was enough for 2, a bottle of wine, and a fantastic view of Vesuvius. Breakfast was served in our room, time was agreed the day before. Plenty to eat, and plenty of choice. Adriana, her husband and Chiara could not have been more polite, respectful, and helpful. There are so many restaurants and bars, either right outside, or within a very short walk, so you'll never be hungry or thirsty. There's a half decent supermarket just a few mins walk away. If you wanted drinks, or a little snack, it was all very easy. The suite next to us, also had a kitchenette, so you could cook if you wanted. All the details are on their website. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean, with thought given to providing extras like glasses and a corkscrew ( essential in Italy), tea and coffee making facilities, and a small fridge I have no hesitation in recommending Al Centro, and wouldn't hesitate to return

Wonderful Suite This is a very nice space. It is about the size of a large efficiency; however, the large windows, balconies and great views make it feel much more spacious. The kitchen is small, but, equipped well enough to prepare a simple meal. The bed is large and very comfortable. We stayed only one week. Next time we come we will stay two or three. Adriana’s hospitality is much like what you find in a a good hotel. The linen and towels are changed frequently and there is someone around much of the time to help with directions and dinner reservations. She even arranged transfers to/from the Napoli airport and train station. The location is good for exploring the region. Sorrento is a hub for train, ferry and bus transport. The apartment is a short walk (10 min) to the train/bus station and ferry dock. Without reservation, we recommend Adriana, her staff and the apartment when visiting Sorrento

WOW what a room! The young lady who helped check us in was super friendly and helpful with everything. The room was amazing! 2 floors with the bedroom upstairs and kitchen, bathroom and living space downstairs. The views from “both” balcony’s were spectacular overlooking the gulf all the way across seeing Mt Vesuvius and Naples. The owner knocked on our door one morning and surprised us with breakfast and on our last evening knocked and surprised us with a couple glasses of Limoncello. Property is one block off the main square shopping and dining area which made the room nice and quiet at night but super close to everything. Definitely staying here again when we go back!

We stayed here on party of our longer trip to Italy, our first! We loved Sorrento and this cute room was in the perfect place to explore not only Sorrento but other coastal towns. The harbor was close by, we walked and never needed to use the lift. There was a lift in the hotel building but it is extremely narrow but no problem for 2 people. We took the water bus to Capri one day which was amazing, and Positano which took the number one spot of the most beautiful place I've been. The furthest we had to walk was to the Bagni Delfino, about 20 minutes thanks to a couple wrong turns, but the best meal we had in Italy. The room itself was excellent with a great view of the water. We had the Azure room and it has a cute little balcony with two chairs and a table outside to enjoy. There receptionist, China, was very friendly and have many suggestions since we hadn't planned anything for this leg of our trip. When she learned it was our honeymoon, she went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable with a couple extras we were not anticipating. Loved this room and would love to stay again if we got the opportunity!

My husband and I stayed between September 15-19, 2019. Adriana’s place is exactly as described and in a very central location in Sorrento. It’s a short walk to many great restaurants and the train and bus station. Adriana and Chiara’s hospitality was outstanding. I messaged Adriana a month before our stay after trying to arrange a car with no luck from Positano to Sorrento and Chiara responded very promptly and took care of everything for me. That gesture put me at ease right away. They also helped us arrange for tours of Capri, Pompeii and Vesuvius, which was much appreciated as Sorrento was the one place on our month long trip to Italy I neglected to book something. This might be an AirBnB listing, but AlCentro is a true, modern and lovely BnB.

The staff was exceptional, they took care of all our requests. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend them.
